Good Luck... My Thai wife in USA owns and operates a local coffee shop / bakery here and she really enjoys it . Although she really don't make large profits but the way I look at it shes now to busy to be out spending at the malls.

I just took a few pics this morning of some products for our website (nearly finished) so thought I would share them here as well.

Yes, Marmers. I have read the thread. By breakfast I mean the full English rather than cake.

You seem a bit cranky today, mate. Heavy night?

Lovely stuff. My Dad used to occasionally make breakfast before I went to school when I was a kid. Being gastronomically challenged it was generally egg and chips with fresh bread and butter. Bloody lovely.

And then the same again for tea but with the addition of a few slices of Fray Bentos Corned Beef.

He still knocks it up when ever I go back.

We have all those ingredients here so even though it isn't on the menu I am sure we can knock it up for you.

    Good on ya.

Can you do bread and butter? Another, well the only other, thing Dad could make for breakfast.

    Recipe to follow.

For some reason the Americans didn't like it and there are more of them visiting my shop then Australians.

Mind you Sabang was meant to visit yesterday but sent his wife in instead.

Nice looking burger actually MM (maybe I'll bring my own beetroot).

Yeh, I stayed out in the sticks yesterday- the reason for the trip was that Mrs wanted to buy some gardening & sundry stuff, and you were not gonna be there that day, plus I'm the worlds worst shopper. So really, the thought of putting on some half decent clothes was too much like hard work in the end.

Anyhow, Mrs sabang met your biz partner and his wife, and bought a few things. Very nice looking place she said- but can already see that from the photoes. I'll be having French bread with something for lunch today. Look forward to trying the pie too. I'll definitely be popping in soon, but the idea is to have a beer somewhere in town afterwards rather than traipse around with the wife shopping, which she loves but I hate.

Well I am back on deck now so I hope you can put some clothes on next time and make the trip in!
