Sex change: Man from Chesterfield, 22, chopped off his own testicles.

A man who was desperate to become a woman carried out a DIY sex change by slicing off his own testicles.

The 22-year-old hurled them into a park - and astonishingly waited 24 hours before going to hospital.

The man, from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, was so determined to undergo gender realignment surgery that he decided to carry it out himself without the usual anesthetics.

He told stunned doctors in Accident and Emergency that he experienced 'a lot less pain' than he had expected - before doctors stitched his wounds and offered him psychiatric help.
Doctors used swabs, stitches and anesthetics as they tried to repair the damage.

A spokesman for Derbyshire's Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Trust said: 'A man in his early twenties presented himself at the hospital minus his testicles, which he had removed the previous day.

'He was treated, then discharged. We can say no more because of patient confidentiality - but this is pretty unusual.'

It was thought the man had been suffering from 'gender confusion issues' when he chopped them off and hurled them into Queens Park, Chesterfield.

Oh really!

This guy needed psychiatric help, a.s.a.p. - it is not normal to cut of your balls, throw them in the park then wait 24 hours until popping to the local hospital. Nothing normal there; 'pretty unusual', quite an understatement... They should have got him some psychiatric help, a.s.a.p. because fuk knows what's next on the list (we can make a guess though...). How many of these fuking morons at the hospital were involved (you can't tell me there wasn't a bit of nuse to nurse 'here you need to look at this'... The whole bloody hospital would have been in the know) in deciding to let him go without the help that he rather dramatically screamed for!
