The customer who left the comment was doing the waitress ( is that un PC ?) a favour ; perhaps many customers before have not tipped her due to her faggy dress and behavior.

Anal sex is the most dangerous kind of sex for us because we are quite a healthy bunch, but vaginal sex is more dangerous when ulcers or other veneral diseases are present. Don't worry I do also blame the africans for eating monkies-

You are right, I didn't elaborate what I meant. The risk to catch HIV with a transfusion of contaminated blood is 85%. That's very high, many of the remaining 15% are protected by natural immunity. The risk to catch it by unprotected receptive anal sex is 0.2% or 0.5%, so one has to do it multiple times to turn the odds against you.
