    Afraid of Grannies?

I reckon this guy is taking the piss

The Sun Online - Real Life: The man afraid of Grannies

    The man afraid of Grannies

Granny phobia ... OCD sufferer Stephen Drake
BURLY Stephen Drake peers nervously from behind his curtains to check that the coast is clear.

It’s a precaution the shaven-headed 36-year-old insists on taking before he will even consider venturing outside his home.
For Stephen suffers from a terrible fear which has left him virtually housebound for years. He is thought to be the only person in Britain with a phobia of GRANNIES.

The dad of two is so frightened of little old ladies that the mere sight of one is enough to make him hyperventilate and even collapse.

The former factory worker has been treated by top psychiatrists, written a book about his problems and even admitted himself to a psychiatric unit for help — but nothing has rid him of his fear.
You, sir, are a God among men....
Short Men, who aren't terribly bright....
More like dwarves with learning disabilities....
You are a God among Dwarves With Learning Disabilities.

I miss England - we really are crackers, in ways the Thai's will never amount to.

He actually has an irrational fear of being responsible for inadvertently causing harm to a frail person, but hey, that doesn't sell papers.

Us English speakers call them dungarees, normally worn by retarded people or children that their parents hate, thankfully my parents never hated me that much.

    It’s not class or ideology,
    Colour, creed, or roots
The only thing that unites us
    Is Dr. Marten’s boots
Dr. Marten’s boots of the world
So that everybody can be free
They’re classless, matchless, ageless and waterproof
And retail for only 19 pounds and 99p
    What should everyone be wearing?
Those boots with the air-flow soles
And your boots will have a meeting
And your boots will take control
Thanks to Dr. Marten everyone will have warm feet
Thanks to Dr. Marten they’ll be dancing in the street
    No. Don’t You Want Me.
    OK, Boots. Do your stuff!
    Dr. Marten’s, Dr. Marten’s, Dr. Marten’s boots
    Dr. Marten’s, Dr. Marten’s, Dr. Marten’s boots
    Dr. Marten’s, Dr. Marten’s, Dr. Marten’s boots!

I`m not scared of Grannies, but always had nightmares about washerwomen as a child
