Why, when i move - example - from page one to two of a topic i seem to end up at the bottom of the page and have to scroll up to continue reading the topic?

Which button do you use?
If you press the page number you should go to the top.
If you use the arrow button at the right of the date, you go to the last post.
Sorry If I state the obvious, but I don't have another explanation.

Gotta agree with you on this Patsycat, was just going to ask the same thing myself. Only started to happen over the last couple of days. Any page that I open, whether by clicking on the title, or the page number I am dumped at the bottom of the page, then have to scroll up to the top.
Only way I have been able to avoid this is by clicking on 'the go to last unread post' button on the left side.
But this don't help if reading a multi page post.
Any ideas anyone?

Hmmm - checked on me laptop and it don't happen on that
Back to PC and still occurs. Have noticed it chucks me to the quick reply box, as though I have clicked on it to reply, with the cursor blinking. Could it be the mouse is playing up?

Doesn't that say something to you about where the problem may be? ie your browser, 1 is corrupted or not working properly, re download and install.
