I think everyone agrees that most expats in Thailand are fuck ups... I just think I am an exception... but i suppose everyone does....

MD, you wouldn't stay if you thought it was fucking you up. However, you or anyone isn't in a great position to notice or assess the longterm effects the place has on themself, especially psychologically.
