Our 'average' lunch in Tonga . . .
There's a fishing village not far from our plantations and they come and ask us what we'd like caught for the next day. They catch, sell it to the restaurant at the hotel we always stay at and everyone's happy.
Cheap as chips . . . almost.

Lending a hand cleaning up after Cat 5 Tropical Cyclone Gita hit Tonga . . . it was total devastation, except for coconut trees (lucky for us). Every tree was devoid of leaves and fruits, banana trees were just lying everywhere, breadfruit trees down . . corn/maize flattened.
Fairly well everything was destroyed except for the newly Chinese-built Ministry of Finance building and our hotel, which also caught a lot of damage.
Water shortage, food scarcity for days . . . not a lot of fun but the Tongan people are amazingly resilient

Anyway Hat if you want your piccies the right way up what works for me is if you open them in Windows Picture Viewer then rotate them right 90 and then close Windows Picture Viewer and then open the pic again and rotate it 90 left and then close it and then upload it and it will be the right way up.
