Weihai is a former crown possession and part of the British Empire located on the bit of China that sticks out towards the Korean peninsula. It was like Hong Kong but was only on a 30 year lease from 1900-1930 instead of Hong Kong's 99 year lease. Why don't the Chinese take part in the Commonwealth Games?
