Best way to watch Youtube in bed.

I sometimes just watch some youtube to fall asleep to get my mind off shit so i can sleep. Sometimes putting by laptop on its side works. maybe i should get some virtual reality goggles. I had some for my old phone.

I just thought of something. Maybe I can turn the screen through the settings instead of this. Any ideas

Dont watch any TV or youtube in bed and instead read books.

    Relaxing, helpful, and quiet.

Wall mounted flatscreen smart TV, or one connected to a computer, 5.1 SS system and wireless keyboard and mouse.

    But:

We are the same, never had electronics in the bedroom as it's good to have a refuge from them.

I think repeatedly doing that has got him where he is.

Here's my set-up. Flat-screen TV at the foot of the bed on a bookcase outside the mozzie net. Youtube playing relaxing piano or guitar music all night, TV screen displaying the ham radio stations that my rig is receiving on a nighttime band - an audio alarm sounds if a particularly rare country is received in the wee small hours, causing me to leap out of bed and get tangled up in the mozzie net, before finally dragging myself to my ham radio rig, only to find that the rare station has given up and gone to bed themselves.....

I've read that you should turn off the screens 30 minutes before you're ready to sleep. On occasion I'll listen to an audiobook if I need a distraction from whatever's on my mind.

I cannot sleep without a TV running in the bedroom.... hate it when we have a black/brown out in the middle of the night whilst iam asleep as the aircon will resume/restart but the fecking TV does not and it wakes me.

Yeah. Sometimes I go to be early cuz I'm too beat to do anything else. And I know I can't sleep. So I want to keep the eyes open.

But after I get a bit tired , yeah. Then I put on an audio book or something. Set it to shut off after 45 min

You should really change this thread title. ‘Advice for 12 year olds on dealing with puberty’.

Thinking about it, all your threads should carry the same title!

I find his infatuation with a learner bike to be rather amusing... expected from a man who fumbles through adult life with a childs brain.
