^ Are they the offspring of those two you broke up shagging the other week?

^^ That dog's got a great tash! Nearly as good as mine after 5 months lockdown in Korat!
A house up the road tonight... the lucky buggers!
^ Mendip did you get the house number for the lucky ticket ?
^^ I'll let you know next week NPT!
Or maybe I'll be outa here... with littlun and dogs, never to be seen again!
^ Looks like a female mallard in front, with a male following.
We used to keep Khaki Campbells when I was a kid in the UK. Fantastic egg layers. We had several ducks and a single drake (called Francis), so that when ever the bantams went broody we could hatch ducklings from the fertile eggs.
I came across a family piling team this morning on the dog walk. Around 7:30am they were just setting up the rig.
The husband was pouring oil along the rails while the wife and kid were sorting out the cables.
Once the rig had been positioned by winching itself along the rails, the reinforced concrete pile was hitched up. It was nice to see full PPE being worn (not even flip flops... bare feet seem to be the preferred option when it's wet and muddy)
The husband operated the controls while the wife and kid dealt with the swinging pile and snatching cables.
The wife appeared to be pushing the pile with a metal rod to fine tune it's attitude, while the hammer was whacking in the pile. Rather her than me.
^ Ah, so that's what it is. I saw one a couple of months ago and wondered wha it was.
^ its a morse code device for contacting drug suppliers in Colombia
^ This piling rig must be well over a kilometre from our house... and I can clearly hear the piles being hammered in as I type this in my office.
^ so is it the start of a gated community? i see the sign which they usually put up to entice aspirational punters to the dream of life away from the unwashed.
No, just four adjacent houses on a double plot.
We built here in 2007 and it's been nice and quiet until the last couple of years. Buildings seem to be going up all over the place in Korat now.
All over the place in Thailand I think, Mendip.

Num Num Num.
Needed to cut through the cloudy Thatchers
Few things on the walk this morning.
The Swan family are growing up, it was a bit parky this morning for them
The number of boats moored is increasing markedly, which it does during the warmer months but you rarely see ones this size making the journey. Probably from London or Bristol - real widebeams. Lovely boats, loads of space but i imagine a pig through loads of locks of a day.
The Caen Hill flight is a couple of miles away and its quite a few hours going up or down - pub at the top which you need.
These are probably £100K up especially the Ozzie one.
russian police - fuck police!
