I'm 98% sure that the actress who plays Edina in Narcos Mexico is doing Subway commercials. But there's nothing online about it.

Comments are turned off you daft cretin. There's lots of other ads on the channel with nowhere near the views. Purely speculation on my part but I think it might have higher views because there appears to be a Netflix star in the commercial.
