I'm strangely attracted to the Mad fuks in this world,
When ya have a good friend and ya know he or she is a good person but they have a really insane side that is bought out by drink or drugs ya gota love em.
It's the boring politically correct fukers that I despise.
Boring coonts Eh.
My mate is one mad sick fuk but never violent. I done a Bali thread on that Mad fuker.
I showed him the pics, he fookin freaked out.

Given your very low scoring diluted red repo, I guess the answer is no.Originally Posted by TheDukeofNewcastle

I hear it's stronger than it used to be, but I think more important is the mentality behind it is different.
Long ago, it was about mind-expansion, and there was a bit of an intellectual drive to do it; now it's more aligned to aggression, and wannabe gangsterism, and about numbing people's pain, rather than anything else.
Before that, it was associated with subversion, of Jazz and such:
...but this is post-depression era reactionary stuff looking for blame after the hedonism of the 20s, which in turn was a reaction to the horrors of WW1.

Interesting how drugs were successfully used as a weapon of war against the Chinese by the British, and then thanks to the Quakers, the process that ultimately led to weed being criminalised around a century ago kicked off in Britain:

The British knew how effective it was as a weapon of war:

..and then the US starts using the UN to push other countries into aligning with them, maybe now that it's effectively or actually legal in a few states, that marks the beginning of a change back?
I remember one thing said to me back in the 90s by a previous generation stoner, was that the trouble with smoking it when you're young is that it stops you from doing things, and it's better to go and achieve things and then celebrate later... or as another trainer once said ...the beer tastes much better after you've made it.
It's mainly the smear it leaves on the record that does the most damage though, rather than any damage to mind and body.
Rectal Beats, as david says...Only solution...The whole boom-box for some...
