A nice 7 YO Navarra to dull the pain of the Cricket
Graduating onto slightly nicer beers for my first ever viewing of Stalingrad from 1993. Life was pretty grim for the boxheads on the Caucasus in 1942.
But still saving the imports until my olfactory bulb is firing on all cylinders
This early P-51 Ridgeback is Shangri-la as captained by Don Gentile who was the first WWII airman to surpass Eddie Rickenbacker's WWI tally of 26 kills.
Shangri-la did not make it to the end of the war, being crashed in April 1944
I've been converted to the correct glass for the correct beer recently, getting quite a collection.
Cheers Wetherspoons
gone organic, one of my 5 a day apparently
Enjoying a pour of Ka Va Lan as I watch the rains come in. 4th day in a row ( for the rains I mean.....).
^^^all fine choices! Never tried Ka Va Lan so will put it on the list. Could you also throw some rain our way!
Honestly the Ka Van Lan is OK but I do not think I would buy it again. Actually let me rephrase that. Its quite nice with one ice cube. Neat is a bit rough. One more though and I will do a rain dance for you. Winds are whipping around like crazy. I should probably go drain the pool before it comes....
Rain? It is the middle of January and it has no business raining.
I noticed an hour ago that the sunshine had faded and there are some biggish clouds up there. Inevitable, really, because I just washed the truck for the first time in 5 years. (It has been washed, never by me.)
Let the rains begin. Drained pool down about 5 inches. winds whipping around. Guess I will pour another.....
Hahaha.. Mendy. It's easy. Set up glass. Open bottle and pour while taking a pic with the other hand.
Kavalan Whisky.
Let's just say...it's better then the Hong Thong paint remover chaser...
^ I think Beirut may be more fun.
No, sadly I'm still in the arse end of Isaan Nowhere... but we do need some decorators in.
I nearly made a really inappropriate comment about 'painter's being in for a few years now', but I'm glad I didn't.
^ I'm on to it!
