BLD is the saint he's always been. The rest seem to fall into place.
Gotta love The Tacoma/Hilux trucks. Great vehicle. Yesterday after a few drinks I test drove the Subaru WRX 3.0. I almost pulled the trigger. Wife balked a bit. I told her "Its a safe car...:)". Little does she know I can modify the A/F and take the boost limiter off in the ECM and make that fkr flat ass fly.
Having had the 3 year old grand daughter here for a few days and therefore being abstemious we finally took her home via Tesco Lotus, which is traditional.
At said supermarket she got her gift, a water pistol, and as ever an ice cream.
Never let it be said that I'm not generous.
The KFC single plain white cone retails at 10 baht and is money well spent.
So, whilst there and given at least a week of sublime peace and tranquility to look forward to, a case of Leo and a litre of drinking whiskey seemed in order.
So that's it; 2 x 1 litres of 100 Pipers, there's plenty of ice in the freezer, and a couple of cases of Leos in the beer fridge.
Songkran looms and I'm staying at home.
Pip pip.

Czech me out! Terrible puns aside, it is beyond lovely to have more than a few beer varieties on offer at the local shop. A bit more flavour than Myanmar Beer and no chemical aftertaste
Trio so os for 550 I'd pay 2-3 Euros in Europe for such two star gargle
Not the best beer in town but....:)

Nice one Bobo, your avitar gives me reason to drink. Evan Williams and the spotted cow. The Gf had a 1.75 held hostage. Cost me 250usd to free him. A sacrifice at any price, at least I didn't drive to get there.
It's for a good cause.
Cause I like to swill and the kids need a new pair of pants.

King no. 5 :)
Picked up some mixers to kick off the Songkran week. I usually drink Bourbon, Whiskey or Scotch "neat" but I had a Manhattan the other day and it was good. I am going to try a few others on my list. Should be a long fun week and one that my liver will hate me for......:)

Will keep an eye out for the Spiced Golf version.
Villa Market sells the CM spiced rum. They also have a few other rums available.
I haven't sipped any Rum in quite some time. Let me mozzy on over to my cabinet and see what I have in stock....:smileylaughing:
Pyrat XO Reserve Rum
Centenario 25 year
Kirk and Sweeny 12 year Dominican Rum.
Bacardi 151
BTW mixed up a few Rob Roy cocktails last night. Never had before. Things pack a punch. 2.5 oz Glenmorangie 12 year, 1 oz Sweet Vermouth and 1 dash of bitters. Mixed in shaker and strained over fresh ice. Was pretty good.
Possibly. :)
Cheers Jay. Will check out Villa.
