For the wine enthusiasts out there, a colleague brought back some wine from Sardinia for me to try.

The most striking thing about the wine was the colour for its age, a much darker ruby than you'd expect and it also poured a little thin. At first glance you might think you were being served a very old watered down wine. However, it tastes super, maybe a tad too strong for me but I enjoyed it.
Last night at the casino, ate Pad Thai with Shrimp and had a cold light beer.

I thought being we have "Taco Tuesday" in the dinner thread, why not have "Margarita Monday" in the "What are you drinking" thread. Our lime trees are fully loaded so I picked 15 or so to make up some Margarita's while enjoying some pool time.
