The BTS case seems to be a hot topic in Thailand and on TD. I, for one, am appauld that any civilized person would think the amount of force used by the Thai security guard was warranted. The whole thing boils down to a head strike which is using deadly force to halt the crime. Do balloons on the BTS warrant lethal force? Please!! This is was just another sad event to add to LONG list of injustices dished out to some farangs and scores more of to Thai people.
Maybe if he was in caught in a felonious act - armed robbery, rape, assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping etc., but certainly not a balloons in hand crime.
But balloons on the BTS?????
What say ye oh Teakdor judges and jury members?
