Yep we love our characters and we don't seem to have those type of larger than life blokes anymore.

Your probably right there Bob and for some time now the Aussies have taken things far to seriously but the last real Pommy character (apart from Botham) was Derek Randall. He was a scream and a bloody good cricketer to boot.
