    The Premier League 2025/2026

Suppose it starts now with the horse trading going on and Reach journalists having to write 5-8 stories a day.

Liverpool have confirmed a 30m deal for Frimpong from Leverkusen. They've also supposedly bid 105m for Florian Wirtz from Leverkusen, although the club want 126m.

Al Hilal may offer 100m for Fernandes, which they obviously wouldn't be able to turn down. Good bet for relegation next season then. Inzaghi is expected to sign as their manager after the CL Final - I wonder if he'll move if they win?

Sesko is the latest favourite to fill the No. 9 slot at Arsenal. Zubimendi is a done deal, then it's off, then it's a done deal again.

A reminder that the transfer window opens at midnight, something to do with Infantino's latest cash cow.
The next post may be brought to you by my little bitch Spamdreth

It seems Allegri has blown his chance of being "HAL's MANAGER" by signing for AC Milan.

This promotes Oliver Glasner to top spot in the betting to replace the hapless Amorim.

It'll be a somewhat different style of play with Wirtz for Liverpool, I suppose.

Maybe less biased to that right hand side?

Gary Lineker has signed for DAZN.

So that filthy Saudi lucre doesn't offend his woke sensibilities then.

Delap to Chelsea could be interesting.

Paying 5 mil to NOT sign Sancho is a larf.

tbf that is down to his demands of not taking a paycut on his 300k per week.

which sounds okay coin for a couple of weekday lunches with the reserves.

Gabriel has extended his Arsenal stay until 2029. Which is nice.

It was an even bigger laugh when they beat them.

Shows how worthless these minor pots are really.

Spurs lowest points total since 1915.

Brentford will be ransacked over the next few months.

Do you think Frank would want that gig knowing what sort of chairman he'd be working for?

Managers usually migrate to the biggest clubs with the most money to spend, and I think Frank will feel he has taken Brentford as far as he can.

As Graham Potter demonstrated, sometimes it's better to be in a stable gig.

Mind you I suppose he trousered a shitload from his short stay at Chelski.
