Arsenal were gobshite today. I think they were aiming for a 3 o'clock kickoff, because they damned sure didn't kick off at 12:45.

^wenger lack of spending comes home to roost yet again. so glad i gave up my membership some time ago. we have more capital then any other club to spend and he buys some swedish bloke whom ive never heard of who will be out for the next 6 weeks. with ramsey and walcott out long term he had to get in cover. he had a month to do so. then after the kallstrom storm he says "if i had a few more days"...fool.

on to wednesday. a win and we'll be back on track. but strangely, considering the lesser teams who have already beat man ure both home and away, i see more points being dropped

Well unless you expected him to buy a whole team, that's a load of bollocks. Arsenal were collectively crap from front to back, and he said as much post match.

no its not. we are lacking strength in depth and are now paying the price. and not beginning to see why man ure apparently twice over-looked Ozil; in big games he's completely anonymous. flamini is good at what he does but if he's suspended most of the time whats the point? would be nice to see a player like paul pogba instead

No I mean the 'fans' that can't even be bothered to go watch their team when they live just around the corner from the match and constantly bitch about how they hate their life.

The biggest problem seems to be a lack of steel in the midfield.

Arteta looked well over the hill and Wilshere seems to think being competitive just means kicking people.

Guess they need Flamini back and soon.

Yes, I was thinking particularly of defensive midfielders.

What is it with this 'curse of the midfielders' at the arsenal?

Arteta wasn't the only one who had a bad game. The Ox was mostly anonymous, Ozil was left isolated most of the time, as you say Wilshere spent must of the game kicking and being kicked, Cazorla worked his nuts off but rarely did anything useful with the ball, and Arteta is no screening midfielder.

If you look at the goals that didn't come from set pieces, they all came from Arsenal giving the ball away in exposed areas.

Play that midfield against Palace by all means, but it certainly wasn't up to it yesterday.

And it would be remiss not to say that Liverpool won the ball with some excellent pressing, they were far more up for it.

And just when Wenger thought his day couldn't get any worse.....

Apparently he is blaming Ryan Shawcross.

Don't be silly, it was in Liverpool you mong, he would have been blaming Gerrard.

Notice in Pic #4 he's checking that his wallet is still there.

not that i give a fook,, but they look destined to go down now.
No justice there, Billy, but what a fine result yesterday, eh? 2-0 at the Villa.

Pompey drew 1-1 at Exeter letting in a 94th minute equalizer...looking well iffy it is

    good win for West Ham
that little spell with Caroll in the team may have given them a bit more confidence.

He hasnt cut the mustard, how many more times before he makes a mockery outta me, the new shirt oxfam have stopped taking and my clown Fellaini wig. The guys a fukkin joke, and plastered all over my facebook wall.
Hope the cunts sacked by the time i wake
