    Blade Runner 2049,

I am watching this again just in case I missed something why I thought it was boring and lame,

it is indeed boring, try to be like the first one in visuals and original story, but that didn't work out well

Felt like a sequel to the Matrix trilogy

If anyone sees it kicking around, please let me know.

    Thanks.
It's on PB. That's the only place I can find EP2. But PB is very slow and hangs up a bit. Be patient, and eventually it will show up.

^Typical American 'documentary'. They tell you the same fucking thing...over and over and over again. It could easily have been covered in one 30-minute episode. Must be playing to a retarded audience.

I can't watch many American docos for that reason. 5 minutes recapping the previous 10 minutes, every 15 minutes. Mixed with a soundtrack of big dramatic drumming and even more dramatic deep-voice narration.

Few years old now, but the BBC's Seven Wonders of the Industrial World is brilliant.

Being the BBC, it is of course, fantastic.

British documentaries are usually the best, but there are some good Americans ones too, and Canadian

    Annihilation (2018)

Netflix movie mentioned early here, so downloaded it

actually not bad at all, liked the slow pace of it, and Nathalie Portman was probably in one of her best role (after Black Swan)

not a bad job overall, and not crazy sci-fy as we usually see

"La Casa de Papel". Season 2 of a good Spanish heist series at the Royal Mint of Spain. IMDB 8.8. I haven't started it yet but, as I recall, Season 1 was very good.

With the passing of Soon-Tek Oh, I dug out the Missing in Action trilogy and binged them.

Amazingly low budget action with more Ham than the Tesco's meat department.

    Chuck kicks arse!

    MiA I: Chuck saves POWs.
MiA II: Chuck is a POW (the one where Soon-Tek Oh is the baddy, and what a baddy!)
MiA III: Chuck hands the reins to the son he never knew he had (Sob!).

    6/10.

Interesting way to tell a story.

    Movie/tv download recommendations-cover-jpg

Four band members tell varying accounts of a night of sex, drugs,
and murder before their first big show at a popular music festival.

Worth a look, towards the end it has you wondering who was the most twisted

Frances McDormand listed as a producer.

Thanks for the heads-up on that film. I don't watch too many American films, but that was a good one.
