On yify the story of Pele's early years, bit too long on when he was a kid and obviously exaggerated but worth watching if only for the football action. For once a story about a genuine sporting genius

It was pretty good, but a bit scary for the little ones- some scenes were way too intense for my three-year-old- it wasn't the same harmless cartoon they came out with when we were kids.

I've watched all seasons of 'Arrow' to date (four, I think?) including the cross-over ones with 'The Flash'.

I always thought that the dude who plays the Flash is a bit too dorky and also the more I have watched it the less I seem to be enjoying the 'Arrow' show itself.

However on a whim I decided that I might as well at least take a look at 'The Flash' series. That was a few days ago and I have since binge-watched almost the entire first season - it's focking brilliant!

Close enough to the source material that it has plenty for even hardcore fans of the comics and what changes they have made make a lot of sense plot-wise. Plus the special effects are actually surprisingly good for a TV show.

It's a dry hole here in multimedia land. No new series of TV stuff, no decent good new movies. Getting through a lot of books I had in queue......

PAG: Anything new on the foreign movie/TV series front? I haven't seen anything, plus it's harder to search for foreign stuff now that Kickass is dead.

Finished bingeing 19-2, now binging Southland.

Both cop dramas, worth a watch if you haven't seen them.

Thanks. Quite liked Southland. Never heard of 19-2; downloading a sample now!

Sadly not. Guess that this summer's sports will need to be finished before we get the networks to release new material.

That said, just out of hospital having had type 2 Dengue for a week, so that curtailed my viewing for sure. Taking it easy for the next week or so, and will play catch up with some of the series that I've held back in reserve.

Actually, this French offering (Season 1, 6 parts) looks like it could be worth watching. "No Limit" an ex military type gets involved via the Government fighting organised crime.

    Season 1 from Sno here:

looking forward to the fourth and final season of Braquo due out in Sept. Season 1 was filmed in 2009 and season 4 this year. They don't get noticeably older, just deader. I wonder how they'll kill off the final 3 characters this season.

    Just watched;

    Bastille Day - Excellent. 8/10

Suicide squad - OK it wasn't a good copy but it still struck me as being an absolutely crap movie.

    London has fallen - 5/10

    All from Torrent Day.

I managed 30 minutes of Suicide Squad and I had to grit my teeth to last that long.

    Utter shite.

First images are being released of the new Pennywise the Clown from the upcoming remake of IT:

    IT's shit.

Not a patch on the Tim Curry version that haunted my childhood nightmares.

The man who knew infinity with that Jeremy Irons bloke, off yify. About a wog maths genius who goes to Cambridge in 1914, excellent if slightly sentimental. Had a look at Milk about the activist but gave up after ten minutes of gay kissing, vomit.

Started to watch it, but total crap, often give these type of movies some leeway, by the fact that they are big screen shows, but big screen or not, crap.
