Well thanks to the Superbowl, we now know that Jack Bauer has miraculously got himself out of the shit to make another season of 24.

How many times is he going to promise he's not going to make another one?

Top Gear Season 21 first episode now available......

Yeah I know it's staged, boring and all the rest, but the kids live it and so do I.

I always watch it as well- there's a great dynamic between the hosts (they're what makes the show- the American version is awful as the presenters don't have the same rapport, even though it's an identical format), and it's very entertaining.

Downloaded Woody Allen's Blue Jasmine and will force the mrs to watch it as it has a good message, she won't get it though and will hate the 'sad' ending. What was the other one set in Rome? bloody awful and the only one of his I did not watch until the end

Another typically wooden performance by Keeanu Reeves.

You might be surprised. My wife loved the movie. Maybe its relating to the Jasmine character a bit too much

Well, Sherlock Season 3 it is then!

Rush on the way for tomorrow evening.

I would recommend Fire in the Night

Fire in the Night (2013) - IMDb

FIRE IN THE NIGHT tells the incredible true story behind the Piper Alpha disaster: the worst ever of its kind that killed 167 men when a North Sea oil rig became a huge fireball.

For the first time a documentary presents the astonishing testimonies from the survivors who found themselves in the midst of an inferno, and through dramatic reconstruction, how they escaped the burning rig. Newly released recordings reveal how the coastguards and emergency services reacted to the disaster.

Chronicling events from the first explosion to the final rescue, FIRE IN THE NIGHT makes for heart-stopping viewing.
