slow cooked chicken stew with tomato paste, chillis, garlic, peppers, white wine, served with roast potatoes
The sauce went on my dads tortellini, as he's vegetarian. He turned a blind eye to the chicken flavour.

The old man is vegetarian, claims he's a vegan to all his mates, won't even wear leather shoes
even the roast potatoes are frozen processed rubbish. You can tell from the shape of them the raw potatoes were skinned in a commercial rumbler.
Come on Pat - frozen roast tatties int he oven, premade pasta tortellini boiled, tomato sauce from a jar mixed with chicken; no mistaking that viscous sheen to it.

So hot I have been using the old Thai barbecue. Did some pork fillets wrapped in bacon.

Adding the chopped up egg to potato salad is something that a lot of people omit or forget, but the difference it makes is so good
What's the brown stuff on top of the raw pork fillets? Some sort of sauce?
