^ Fair dues, , and Charleyboy I will put my hands up and say , you are truely gifted in that kitchen mate, especially with the obvious poor ingredients you have to work with in Thailand, and you do make them look superb, but I guess they would taste a lot better back in the UK, if you had proper sausages, beef bla bla. I'm not hinting for a tasting, honest

But anyway for now, if some fukker handed me this jaundiced topped, maggot infested looking bottom half thing in a 6 pound a pop American diner in Malaysia, he would be wearing it on his way back to the kitchen

    Just saying like

^ I was just about to mention eating cheese before bed. Don't know if it's true or not.

That's such a cracking close up I can see a bit of your spit on the cheese.

Do you take bites out of cheese and then put it back in the packet? I had a boyfriend who did that, but he wouldn't put it back in the packet, just leave the dried up bit of cheese in the fridge!! With teeth marks in it....

Off to buy some cheddar later on.

I know, i live in the land of cheese. But do get a craving for cheddar....

^ I will tell you what I make of that....

Nige has a glass of Robinsons Barley Water and a plate of rice and reaching distance to some onions

Jan has a nice frosted glass of Stella Artois and access to the top notch grub on your best square china and is well cultured on table etiquette regarding cutlery placement.

I bet she doesn't put her napkin on her lap too

I would love to. But i have no camera and at the moment living in a studio which has two hot plates. Hopefully shall have a flat in a couple of months with an oven etc.

But can assure you - I am a good cook. Or perhaps that's just my friends being polite over the years!! Never poisened anyone. I did a mean haggis and neeps a few years ago.... and ended up eating most of it myself because two guests had suddenly become "vegetarians". Ach well.

^ but did you enjoy it ?

I have mates who will eat that Phal and tindaloos after a night up town and sit there with sweat pissing down their foreheads, after ordering it in their best Pakistani accent.

They love doing runners from these restaurants too, even though those fukkers have meat cleavers and a lot of knives. They wont stop there either. If they escape that, they will also do a bunk on the taxi driver.

You'll have to come out one night Pat up Broad Street, then the balti triangle. Don't wear wanker shoes

^ yes and no. I was born a squaddie brat, my late teens and a considerable part of my life was spent there though, I do have some good memories of the place i guess, but luckily i lost that stupid accent and the annoying ability to finish every sentence with a question

    Havent I ?
