Well today is Gerts 47th birthday so no expense spared for this evening dinner our son had a day off today so a nice family feast. No beer because beer here always warm and i don't like ice in my Chang so water and coke, rice for 3 and 6 main dishes total cost a 705 baht yes I known a bit expensive but for a birthday dinner I think okay.

Off topic, but someone found my wallet and dropped it at reception. Apparently it had been dropped outside a supermarket, presumably after the pickpocket found no cash and cards that needed pin codes.
