Yes she burnt the corn. In fact it was all her idea to do this bit whith the cherries and all.
And not to worry we'll throw the dogs a bone after we've had more than our fill.

Grilled lamb, bread, fries and mint tea at Beirut in the Plonchit Center. From my research there is Thai food in Qingdao but not Lebanese. Shame!
Noodle soup at the Vietnamese.
12 Euros with a tip.
Tried a new-ish Chinese place close to home tonight. I like Chinese food (the waiters never are rude) but across the board this was just ok. The duck pancake rolls were a winner though, very nice.

I personally dont like Chinese food prepared in Thailand. San Francisco is much better with more choices IMHO. I especially dont like the Chinese round table at Thai weddings.
^^I hear you. It's surprising how few Chinese restos there are in Pattaya considering the amount of Chinese visitors that come each year, and the best places are hidden away in 4* or 5* Hotels where the typical Chinese tour groups would never stay at anyway. There's a few English-Chinese style Chinky's around town catering to people needing a 03:00am fix of chicken chow mein though :)
Found the local Muslim noodle shop, the staff are from Xinjiang- I went for the spicy beef noodles which were nicely firm with tender beef at the bottom of the bowl. Not pictured are lamb BBQ skewers- those went in seconds- very aromatic and quite spicy.

Health Check tomorrow, so no beer for me tonight; with that in mind I popped into the local cat cafe for tea

A quickie. It's all in the buns.
I microwave mine for 20 seconds before placing the dog in it.
Not had this for a while, roasted peppers stuffed with beef mince spiced with ground chilli and cumin, onion and garlic, grated cheddar cheese, and crushed cherry tomatoes.
