Well I gotta say DW, it is a very tasty beef. Low fat, cooks up nice. Makes great burgers, meatballs, perfect in spaghetti.

I have tried a few until I came across that one.

I tried to please the fussy kids again and failed again
Put a 1.2kg corned beef in the slowcooker using a tequnique i had googled. I simply cut of the fatty bits washed the joint in the sink wrapped it in baking paper and some leftover tinfoil no longer needed for making tinfoil hats and tossed it in the slow cooker. Nothing else. On low for 7 hours. I thought it was the bollocks , a bit salty but tasty. Tried a wee bit on both shark biscuits and was told no way . Wtf

Dinner-20230614_163823-jpg it cooked in its own juices and there was about a cup of oil when i took it out. It might of benefitted from a mustard glaze.

What the fuck do you have in puddings in Jockoland?!?!?

I'm beginning to doubt your British authenticity.
