Has anyone ever seen Chitty and Pattaya Plies in the same room?
One of the many things I miss is Thailand.I have searched for wild caught salmon to no avail, and even if I did I bet it would be prohibitively expensive. They proudly proclaim "Norwegian Salmon" . From what I know from some documentaries I have seen, it is supposed to be some of the worst farm raised salmon there is because of the confined waters of the fiords, and the medications and food additives they feed them. Another thing that I cant find is a variety of potatoes, all I find is one type of those big potatoes. I will kill for those small red skin potatoes.
Your meal looks fantastic !!

The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.
here you go:
Paleo Robbie Grocery
all wild caught.
In anticipation of feeling sick a little later whilst watching Man United, thought I'd at least have some enjoyment this evening. A kind of almost curry, with chicken breasts. Made up a paste of grated garlic and ginger, some turmeric and a little canola oil, and coated the chicken pieces in a roasting pan. This went into the oven for 20 minutes, high heat.
Meanwhile made a sauce by frying off some finely chopped onion and green pepper.
Once this has softened, added a mix of whole cumin seeds, corriander seeds and cardomon pods which I'd dry roasted then crushed with a mortar and pestle, along with a couple of finely chopped dry red chillies that had been deseeded. After another 5 minutes, took off the heat and added some yoghurt.
Removed the chicken from the oven, and spooned over the sauce mix.
The roasting tray was covered with a doubled sheet of tin foil, and back in the oven for 30 minutes, then a further 10 minutes with the foil removed. I'd made a spiced basmati rice to go with it.
That looks delicious PAG!
Some mango chutney would really set it off.
Exactly why I went out for the salmon and veggies. Had to get the bowels moving and it worked. I am going to shake off all processed food from now on. I see big difference when it comes to digestion.
Just more farm raised crap loaded with parasites and added colors. I would never eat that shit.
Rot you ront for dinnel darring?
Surprise me...
FFS!!!
Beans and peas on the same plate!!
That there is Mendy heaven.
Orange and green are my two favourite colours and I think they look really good together.
