That my soon to be svelte friend is blueberry 'n banana protein pancakes with almond milk.
525 calories, 58g carbs, 63g protein, 9g fat and fucking delish:
-1 scoop protein powder
-1/2 cup egg whites
-1/2 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
-1/2 medium banana
-1/2 cup blueberries
-2 tsp baking powder
Blend that shit to buggery, add blueberries, cook, eat. Yum!
I usually make individual ones but couldn't be fucked so just made the one big one yesterday.

Yeah it is relatively high but then I'm on a bigger calorie budget than you so all good - I also had cheese 'n salami toasties for lunch and steak for dinner and I'm sat here waiting for me pizza to arrive now. :D
You can always pare the recipe down though. I think there are online recipe calculators that do that no worries.

Which burns more calories. Doing a hour walk/jog of say 7-8km in an hour, or riding a bike for say 20km for an hour each morning?

Dill buddy, you can buy all the gadgets and gizmos you want. The bottom line is you have to put the work in. Now I really shouldnt talk as this is the first time I am gonna put two good weeks together in my life. But getting ready to go walk another hour and about 7,000 more steps.
I lost my fitbit charger in the states and just got a new one off a Lazada about 10 or 11 days ago..
