@AO - when you saw me, I wore jeans since I was on traveling mode. When I'm in "exploring the city" mode, that's when the elephant pants come out. :)

These elephant pants... are they the same ones the Thais wear with the elephant pattern or just a normal pair of shorts where you pull your pockets out and ask folk if they wanna see youd elephant impression?

Dry pan fry to release water... a lot will come out. This concentrates the flavour and gives it real depth.

Finished off with a small knob of butter and it's done. Simple, very tasty and healthy.
