This was my Bsnub-approved breakfast today.
Very nice it was too!
But it could have done with a bit more bacon, and I have black pudding in the freezer which would have really finished it off nicely... with some mushrooms and a sausage. And maybe a slice of toast.
I've learnt not to mention such things... married life ain't for enjoying but for getting through as painlessly as possible.

It's amazing how ones levels of tolerance builds up over the years to unexceptable behaviour.
Sometimes a peak is hit a catalyst starts of a chain of events that can bring untold more misery or peace and happiness.
For me the catalyst was a humble Apple Crumble, peace and happiness.
Get that black pudding out of the freezer and get it in the pan tomorrow!!:)
A glass of OJ too, you're on a winner there, Mendy! Just tell her not to use the airfryer on the puddong or you'll end up like Chitty.
What brand of bacon does everyone use in Thailand?
For the UK I always go with Sainsbury's taste the difference unsmoked or smoked; pretty good quality, especially if you get it on offer at 1.50.
Mate what a find! thanks for that
It seems to can also buy their stuff at Villa Markets which is helpful.
I usually use Paleo Robbie but have not been eating much meat recently. Had a fry up the other day with standard tops bacon and was horrified I allowed myself to even consider eating that shitty quality of bacon. Never again.
Thanks as well Headworx, the other half enjoys streaky and American streaky is always the best.
Thai German Meats do a nice streaky bacon. They also do a nice spicy sausage called Dixie. Cook both long and slow.

I'm not a brekkie guy but fook that looks good
You're very angry this morning William. Bad night on the ward?
Angry to quote his own words?
Don't think so.
Willy and Dirk were saying how salads are good for breakfast, I said I dont agree its not breakfast. Well just been proven wrong.

^Needs tomatoe, mayo, and 2 slices of bread :)
Had some pork butt steaks in the fridge and with marbling like that they were guaranteed to be tender, so why not make a pork-egg-bbq sauce toastie for brekkie.

^You're curing your own bacon?
^Certainly looks the business, let us know how you get on.
:tumbs:
Will do.
If I can get half as good results I'll be happy--that was some damn good bacons!
I think you can pretty much get anything here online these days.
That being said not sure what he used for this lot I'll have to ask. He's an agronomist so it was probably something a bit different.
