I made an apple tart but it didn't go down with the children so I'll have to eat it all myself :)
Looks like a proper Kiplings Bramley that.
Well jell:)
Edit. I was thinking of Bakewell Tart.
Gonna find a recipe now:)
Did you shave those nuts yourself?
^ I'd have enjoyed that pork before the tart.
I've been practicing cooking French classic omelette...

Not too bad considering I had to use a non-stick casserole pot for a frying pan. Taste great and I won't go back to normal omelettes...
Some chicken fillets finished in a Butter Chicken sauce (thanks Patak :) ) and Naan bread. Tasted way better than it looks!

That actually looks pretty good to me!
^Thank you. I'd rather make a home curry like this than buy a frozen one with no idea what went into it. Fresh chicken fillets (Betagro) are bloody delicious, Patak sauces are great and there's about a dozen to choose from ranging from mild to molten lava, and a bit of Naan bread popped in the oven for 10 minutes. Job jobbed.
^ ^looks good.
^^^ omelette looks a tad boring, but the apple pie looked tasty.
The wife made a yellow seafood curry for lunch, very nice. She learnt to make it after we had a big yellow crab and seafood curry at the Hua Hin seafood restaurants that go out to the sea on stilts - I'm sure many of yous (most?) have been there too.

Wagyu, it was tasty. Very good texture and flavor.
^ You ate all that for Lunch?
Cooked yourself?
Wagyu ... from Japan? 1/2 cross breed Wagyu from Australia?

And very tasty it was too.
Noice!
Edmond is taking over this thread, I'm giving up...
Come on, Mendip, man up!
^^^ Good one Edmond
Ludmond's had his first giro through:)
Very nice
Champion lunch!
May I ask how much that wagyu steak cost? It is not something you see around even the best shops in Sakon Nakhon.
