In the absence of a BBQ I do the same with a shoulder (for 6 to 8 hours) and then finish it under the grill.
Depending on how long you're cooking it for, you wanna be careful with pork loin in a pot or else you'll end up with very chewy meat with little texture.
Pulled pork is bloody brilliant to cook though 'cos you're laughing for at least a week and it can be frozen.
O.M.G! Did the loin about 7 hours total, on low. It was worth the wait. That was some nice slaw on top too...
It was so good, here's Manwich #2...
I'm full as a tick. Don't think the leftover pulled pork will make it to the freezer...
Might put the little under half I cut off, for slices, in the freezer though. Or have it with mash and gravy later this week...
...or another style of Manwich.
One good thing, it's hard to burn things up in a slow cooker.

I'd probably gone for a thinner cut of beef....but it does look good.
A Sirloin steak sandwich. Nice. But not with my teeth.
Going back to basics.

Is that a whole pack of bacon?
Good form.
Reminds me I gotta get some Sloanes smoked back
There's a thing, smoked or unsmoked bacon. Personally i hate smoked bacon, I think it ruins it.
