Does not even sound good, and where would you get the flavor of Bacon or Ital Sausage, when you should have 2 entirelly different flavors wrapped together, which might be something to think about, then have the whole mess slathered with different spices and BBQ sauce, which in small quanitys maybe used a a dipping sause or to add an imitation , or imaginary BBQ flavor to oven roasted Pork ribs or so called BBQ that is done in a pot in the oven of your kitchen range or even done over a heat source of Charcoal but seperated from the flavoring heat and smoke of the fire by foil or a sealed pot with lid.
BBQ flavor is imparted to the food from being cooked directly in the smoke and vapors of an open fire and not thru seasonings thru a metal surface such a a pot or foil.
