So you don't think there was ever any violence between Protestants and Catholics?
Sunni, Shiite, Protestant, Catholic, Jews, all the same. Everyone killing each other over varying interpretations of God.
Sad.
What a line of SHIT?
Gang members and ........terrorists.
Are you still in Kindergarten!
Go suck your thumb! And dream onnnnnnnnnnnn!
They aren't all that much different (using illegal activities to raise money). Using violence to achieve their goals. Independent with little control over them.
That's a drop in the bucket compared to the funds the regimes in these countries use to maintain power and oppressive governments.
I bet if the real oil wealth were distributed using a system like Alaska, and, we stopped supporting oppressive regimes much of the problem would cease. That and make better use of the resource in the first place instead of treating it like an endless buffet.
When I see an SUV the first thing that comes to mind is "terrorist enabler."
"How many soldiers per gallon does your SUV require?"

Hezbollah Lost
"As the scale of the destruction in the Shiite south becomes more clear, the pro-Hezbollah euphoria (much of it created by Western media and beamed back to Lebanon through satellite TV) is evaporating. Reality is beginning to reassert its rights. And that could be good news for Lebanon as a nation. It is unlikely that Hezbollah will ever regain the position it has lost. The Lebanese from all sides of the political spectrum are united in their determination not to allow any armed group to continue acting as a state within the state."

That's not what the Syrian dailies are reporting.
"Iran almost certainly will attempt to crush Israel with renewed Hezbollah attacks, perhaps in tandem with the Syrian army, counting on the United States not to honor its commitment to defend Israel, especially if the Democrats take control of Congress this Fall. Liberals and other Americans have increasingly distanced themselves from Israeli survival, often joining the European voices denouncing Israel's "disproportionate and terroristic" retaliation against attacks by Hamas and Hezbollah."
