Oh right. No, of course not. I thought you were saying ISIS only attacked "land where the governments were weak due to war" so I said "what, Paris and Brussels?"

Well they set up in Iraq because that's where the US were at the time, waiting for the vote to go into Syria, but when that did not happen, they put their mind to setting upp ISIS instead so that they had a reason to bomb syria. Also, the security contractors were all there as well to aid and abet them, to lead ISIS missions, or to simply dress up squads as ISIS folk and do the dirty themselves as was caught on video. They then went into Syria.
It appears that some of the terrorist have withdrawn from the Syrian peace talks. Nobody would agree with them so they called it a day and probably started slaughtering more civilians.
Lavrov: Jaish al-Islam and Ahrar al-Sham practice same inhumane approaches as ISIS ? Syrian Arab News Agency
The Russian Foreign minister is unperturbed.
"In a press conference in Yerevan, Armenia’s capital city, Lavrov commented on the decision of the Riyadh group to suspend participation in the intra-Syrian dialogue in Geneva, saying “I believe this is the process of revitalizing the Syrian talks. If those who rudely refuse to acknowledge the basis of concept approved by the UN Security Council leave the negotiations platform, then no one loses except for them,” Lavrov stressed.
“If they want to ensure their participation only through ultimatums which everyone should accept, then these are their problems,” he said."

Syria conflict: Obama to deploy 250 more special forces troops - BBC News
It appears that Ameristan has not yet, after a few months of the ceasefire agreement being signed and being adhered too by some "moderate" terrorist, been able to separate AQD and it's own definition a group of "moderate" terrorists. This has, as always led to, "aid" being taken by UN defined terrorists from them, weapons being "shared, Intelligence being "shared" and probably training, medical .......
The P4+1 coalition have now, after trying to discuss a solution with the Ameristani government, decided that the Ameristanis and their proxy army are now fair game. This may have some repercussions on the planned annihilation of the "bad and the Moderate" terrorists currently in the area around Aleppo.
The Russian Foreign Minister let the world know of it's decision.

Results of ceasefire monitoring
The ceasefire regime has been observed in most provinces of the Syrian Arab Republic. Within last 24 hours, 9 ceasefire violations have been registered (#Latakia and #Damascus – 4 for each, #Aleppo – 1).
In the Latakia province, militants of Ahrar al-Sham grouping, which had claimed to belong to the opposition, carried out shelling with mortars and multiple launch rocket systems against positions of the government troops near #Sandran, #Rasha, #Safar and #Shmaisa.
Militants of Jaysh al-Islam opposition grouping carried out mortar shelling against a military hospital in #Harasta and units of pro-government troops near #Jaubar, Marj Sultan and #Arbil (Damascus).
After performing artillery shelling, militants of Ahrar al-Sham grouping took efforts to launch offensive against units of the Syrian army near Jebel Agam (to the south from Aleppo).
Having suffered losses, terrorists retreated to positions, which they had kept before.
Russian Aerospace Forces did not make strikes on opposition armed formations, which follow ceasefire regime and informed the Russian or American Centres for reconciliation about their location.
Additional information
According to information received from civilians and opposition forces, Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist grouping continues concentrating its forces in north-eastern regions of the Latakia province.
In the Idlib province, militants have shelled with mortars against Fuah for two times.

'No victors, no vanquished': UN sees Assad staying, post-conflict
Date of publication: 25 April, 2016
Exclusive: Assad will continue to lead Syria in a ceremonial role, ahead of a consensus administration that would eventually see him leave office, according to a leaked UN proposal.
President Bashar al-Assad should remain in power in the immediate aftermath of Syria's war, as the Damascus government, opposition and civic society groups form a transitional authority, according to the UN envoy's peace plan, The New Arab can exclusively reveal.
Assad would, however, be stripped of authority over the military and security apparatus as the first step in a multi-stage transition designed to draw a line under the war that has killed at least 400,000 people in the past five years.
The proposal is mentioned in a draft communique from Geneva, believed to have been authored by UN envoy Staffan de Mistura as the framework for negotiations. The document has been leaked exclusively to The New Arab and its sister Arabic-language publication.
"It indicates a role for all Syrians in their future state, on the basis of equality, inclusivity, with mechanisms for respect for human rights and dignity, and the right to fully participate in political processes," the document reads.
The proposal fundamentally rejects the partition of Syria, and stresses the importance of reforming state institutions - such as the Supreme Court and wider judiciary - to become fully independent of the government.
And unlike in Iraq, where the civil service was eviscerated in a purge of Saddam supporters - leading to a breakdown in institutional knowledge and overall bureaucratic functioning - there will be no de-Baathification process in Syria, allowing government departments to continue operating without major societal upheaval.
De Mistura calls for: "A non-sectarian, pluralistic, democratic and multi-party state based on respect for rule of law and human rights, inclusivity, citizenship, co-existence, respect for dignity and diversity, non-discrimination, equal rights of men and women, freedom of expression, freedom of the press, freedom of religion, freedom of peaceful assembly and equal opportunity."
Reform of government institutions should be limited to achieving those goals, he writes.
The Transitional Government Body shall comprise 40 percent government members, 40 percent from the opposition, and 20 percent from civil society groups.
At least a third of each are to be women, the UN envoy suggests.
The method for selecting members of each delegation within the TGB remains unclear, but a list of 120 current officials are to be banned from holding office due to their roles in the war.
It is thought that opposition negotiators will also insist specific people on the list are banned from leadership positions in the Baath party itself.
Ambiguity also reigns over the confidence-building measures proposed by De Mistura. The proposal calls for an end to all proscribed attacks during negotiations - so no barrel bombs, chemical attacks or "acts of terrorism".
As the Assad government has used the term "terrorism" to describe practically all opposition, it is likely the opposition negotiating team will be seeking further legal advice to clarify the use of the word, so as to avoid stalling by Assad's negotiators.
The UN plan seeks eventually to hold legislative and presidential elections - under the watchful eye of the UN, and with its funding.
"This will inaugurate the beginning of a new peaceful era for Syria," the proposal concludes.

Press release on Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov?s telephone conversation with US Secretary of State John Kerry - News - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation

Press release on Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s telephone conversation with US Secretary of State John Kerry
https://teakdoor.com/images/imported/2016/04/1243.jpg
On April 25, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke over the telephone with US Secretary of State John Kerry at the American side’s initiative.
The foreign ministers continued considering the ways for Russia and the United States to cooperate in the interests of maintaining and consolidating the ceasefire in Syria, providing humanitarian aid to its population, and starting a stable process of political settlement.
They confirmed their full support for the talks between the country’s Government and its opponents on determining the future structure of the state that are taking place in Geneva under the auspices of the UN. Sergey Lavrov stressed the need for a speedy withdrawal of the moderate opposition’s forces from the territories controlled by the ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist groups and for blocking the channels for bringing reinforcements to the extremists.
The officials agreed to continue cooperation within the framework of the International Syria Support Group.
They also addressed other international issues, including settlement in the Middle East and topical issues of bilateral relations.
Lavrov will know of course that Kerry is a psychopathic liar so this would be reflected in his narrative.
A convoy of "ISIS" trucks with an Apache Gunship hovering next to them. Unless ISIS have gun ships, which they might when the US make the next delivery, then that gunship was not doing what obomba would have us believe.... aka blowing them the fuck up. Also, why were the ISIS boys not shooting at the gunship? Yankie helicopter nexxt to them? Surely they would be shooting at it, but no, they carry on.

"Damascus and Moscow have signed nearly a billion dollars worth of agreements to rebuild war-torn Syria, according to the Prime Minister Wael al-Halqi. The two countries intend to develop energy, trade, finance and other sectors of the economy.
"The Russian side has responded to the idea of restoring [Syrian] infrastructure. Therefore, a lot of deals were signed, including $675 million and $280 million agreements," said the Syrian prime minister.
https://teakdoor.com/images/imported/2016/04/1279.jpg
Damascus wants Russia to develop Syrian oil
According to al-Halqi, more than 60 percent of the power stations in Syria are shut down and need fuel to restart.
“Despite all the things Syria has undergone, it has managed to maintain the infrastructure. However, the production of electricity depends on fuel, and the oil sector has been more affected by terrorism than the electricity sector," said the prime minister.
Syria has offered Russia a chance to participate in exploring and developing oil and gas on land and offshore. In particular, Russia was invited to upgrade the Baniyas refinery and construct a refinery with Iran and Venezuela.
Damascus is also ready to discuss payment in national currencies with Russia. At the moment, Syria is negotiating a free trade zone with Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, if the treaty is signed and trade reaches a certain level, Damascus will then begin to pay in local currency."
Exploration, infrastructure ..... and, probably, all payable through the new trade agreement, in Roubles.

Their propaganda paints a picture of a ruthless, well-trained and effective fighting outfit.
But the battlefield reality for Islamic State foot soldiers appears much different.
Helmet cam footage obtained by Vice News reveals life on the frontline for IS fighters is a chaotic and disorganised struggle to stay alive and manage the basics of modern combat.
A fighter called Abu Hajaar features prominently as his colleagues, apparently frustrated with his abilities, repeatedly scream orders, reprimanding him for putting them in danger.
The footage reportedly came from a helmet mounted camera found on the body of a dead Islamic State fighter who fought in losing battle against Kurdish pashmerga troops near Mosul, Iraq, in March.
Travelling in an improvised, open topped armoured vehicle, the would-be soldiers appear to be as much a threat to each other as they are their enemies.
They struggle to load and sometimes even find their weapons. When they are able to open fire on opposition soldiers, they shower each other with bullet casings or risk burning their comrades with rocket launchers.
When a Kurdish rocket inevitably strikes their vehicle, one fighter can be heard desperately declaring he cannot find his gun.
Shortly before hand they struggle to load an improvised grenade launcher. They struggle again with shaking hands to light the fuse on the bomb they intend to launch.
The video ends as one militant yells to his comrades he has been shot, as the unit appears to disintegrate under enemy fire.
The revealing video also shows an anxious and fearful approach to battle as the group prepares to travel to the battlefield.
They are shown farewelling a suicide bomber before setting out themselves.
The exchange shows a conspicuous absence of the bravado that has become the hallmark of the propaganda videos ISIS has used to rally supporters around the world.

So as I said... Russia already has some of the contracts, and this is why obomba has stepped up the US boots on the ground to help its ISIS buddies. US Special forces going around blowing up more civilians infrastructure as per usual.
Allegedly an Ameristani politician has stipulated that Ameristani forces should shoot their weapons - guns, bombs and missiles, exclusively at the terrorists and not at the Syrian coalition forces.
"WASHINGTON (Sputnik), Leandra Bernstein — Gabbard criticized the US alliance with Syrian moderate rebels which she described as "completely intertwined" with Jabhat al-Nusra (al-Nusra Front) and al-Qaeda."There are two wars that the US is waging in Syria right now, one is the war to overthrow the Syrian government of Assad…the other war is to defeat ISIS [Daesh]," Gabbard said on Wednesday.
Gabbard said she supports Obama’s decision to deploy the additional forces, if they are partnering with Kurdish forces in northern Syria to defeat Daesh. "If they are working with [the] so-called Syrian moderate opposition, who are fighting to overthrow Assad, then they should not be doing that," Gabbard stated. "They shouldn’t be there if that is the mission they have been given."
What can she have been drinking?

I know the cartoon suggests Iraq, imagine any other of the 250+ worlds countries names there. Many countries have recent memories of Ameristani "assistance".
Many are under no illusion that the evil eye will descend upon them, if they don't continue to worship/pay danegeld to the one and only leader of the free world.
The Ameristani politicians are becoming reckless in questioning military plans or the lack of.
"Senator Roger Wicker (R-Mississippi) argued that the Syrian government, not IS, was responsible for most of the civilian casualties, and asked why the US-led coalition had not targeted the Syrian air force.“We have not declared war on the Syrian regime, sir,” Gen. Dunford replied.“We haven’t undertaken to change that regime by force now for a number of years,” Carter said
Earlier in the hearing, the Defense Secretary said that “90 percent of our military coalition partners – from Europe, the Gulf, Asia; 26 countries in all” have committed to increasing their contributions to fighting IS. Washington has maintained its coalition was composed of 65 nations; Carter’s math, however, added up to only 29 at best.
Tim Kaine (D-Virginia) brought up the legal issue of US presence in Syria, pointing out that, while Washington had been invited to Iraq by the government in Baghdad, no such invitation had been extended by Damascus.Pentagon lawyers told him “the legal basis for what we’re doing exists in both domestic and international law,” Carter said, adding that the US was fighting terrorists and trying to “restore order and decency.”Kaine countered that good intentions were not an excuse for violating sovereignty, and objected to using the 2001 congressional authorization to fight Al-Qaeda being used 15 years later as an “all-purpose/whenever/wherever” justification to intervene.
Graham also scoffed at Carter's hopes that the government in Damascus will step down in the coming months, noting that "hope is not a strategy."
1. The admittance of illegal regime change by an Ameristani president.
2. The admittance that the global coalition is a myth.
3. The Ameristani belief that Pentagon lawyers decide international law.
4. Illegal regime change is still illegal regime change, is not democratic and is not helpful for human rights WORLDWIDE.
5. Hope is not something that determines the future, actions are.
One can sniff the whiff of a conspiracy, who will be the victims and what will be the punishment/forfeiture demanded?
Financial - the worlds greatest economy can handle it, surely.
Effort - Plenty of unemployed Ameristanis looking for a meal, tent and religious salvation.
Penance - Going into the desert for 40 days, as some suggest a religious leader did.
"What motivated Jesus to spend 40 days and nights of solitude, prayer, and fasting in the Judean wilderness? This desert landscape was largely uninhabitable and was full of dangers for anyone who dared to venture in it for long. Danger from scorching heat by day and extreme cold by night, danger from wild animals and scorpions, plus the scarcity of food and water."
Maybe rebuilding some devastated cities, hospitals, schools, shattered bodies and lives. Is 40 days to much? Probably need a 12 week training period to become fit enough to participate in digging ditches/de-mining operations/clearing the country of DU and unexploded ordinance........
Will there be strict demarcations between the Christian/Muslims/..... penance payers, so they can live, pray and work in peace?

UN chief calls on warring Syrian parties to cease hostilities - Xinhua | English.news.cn
UNITED NATIONS, May 2 (Xinhua) -- UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Monday called on the warring Syrian sides to immediately recommit to the cessation of hostilities in the wake of an escalation of fighting around Aleppo, a major city in northern Syria." "The Secretary-General is profoundly concerned about the dangerous escalation of fighting in and around Aleppo and the intolerable suffering, counted in mounting deaths and destruction, it is causing among civilians," said UN Spokesperson Stephane Dujarric at a daily briefing.
Violence has been reported to resume in Aleppo, when the al-Qaida-linked Nusra Front and likeminded groups unleashed repetitive large-scale attacks on Syrian military positions in southern Aleppo. The attacks were intensified by shelling on the government-controled parts of the city, as the rebels in eastern Aleppo were trying to advance into the western part of the city.
Syria announced temporary truce in Damascus and Lattakiya governorates. Ban stressed the need to expand the cessation of hostilities to Aleppo "with a special urgency," according to Dujarric."

ISIS says it's behind Iraq blasts that kill scores

Almost 100 killed in series of Baghdad attacks
Almost 100 killed in series of Baghdad attacks 01:54
(CNN)The Sunni terror group ISIS says it's behind a series of attacks in Iraq's capital Wednesday that targeted Shiites and left more than 90 people dead.
At least 64 people were killed when a car bomb went off at a market in Baghdad, according to Iraqi police. Another 87 people were wounded in that attack in the largely Shiite neighborhood of Sadr City.
Pictures of the aftermath of the explosion showed hundreds gathered near a chaotic scene. Blood marked the street, cars had their windows blown out and nearly an entire sidewalk was left charred.
Later in the day, a suicide bomber wearing an explosive vest detonated in a busy square in the Shiite neighborhood of al-Kadhimiya, killing 17 people and wounding 43 others, two police officials in Baghdad told CNN. A suicide car bomber exploded in the Sunni neighborhood of al-Jamia in western Baghdad, killing 12 people and wounding 31 others. The attackers targeted a checkpoint manned by Shiites.
ISIS claimed responsibility for the attacks, according to a message on the Twitter account for Amaq, a media outlet linked to the group. Several mosques in Baghdad urged citizens to donate blood to help the wounded.
Experts have said that a security vacuum has opened in Iraq amid the political turmoil the nation has been facing lately. Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi struggles to firm up a government capable of battling ISIS and, at the same time, continue to address problems related to Iraq's long-standing economic and political wounds from years of war. The Prime Minister's office said he ordered increased intelligence efforts to prevent sleeper cells from moving within cities to carry out attacks.
ISIS has claimed responsibility for a number of attacks in Iraq in recent weeks, including one last month east of Baghdad in which more than two dozen people were killed.
