    Good morning Rethugs/Teabaggers

    This is ugly (GOP field).

Christie regaining ( ), but Clinton trounces entire GOP field

Hillary Clinton isn’t only the strong front-runner for the 2016 Democratic presidential nomination, but she’s well ahead of every potential Republican rival, according to a new McClatchy-Marist Poll.

Just for fun (in the link) Ms. Clinton vs Teabagger Cruz

    Cruz sucks!

It’s Friday evening and time to make the rethugs/teabaggers feel good,..like they have a chance.

FOX came out with a poll last week and it shows the rethugs polling better against Ms. Clinton, until you look a bit deeper.

    Deeper:

    Favorable opinion

    Clinton: 49%
    Christie: 36%
    Bush: 32%
    Paul: 32%
    Cruz: 23%

    Cruz

Here’s a Colorado poll that should make the rethugs sleep easier. They might not lose all the states in 2016.

    Edit: Friday evening poll dump.

A state the rethugs/teabaggers will not win in 2016

    They aren't even polling Cruz

It’s Friday in Thailand and time to bring you teabaggers/rethugs some news on Ms. Clinton for the weekend. I don’t think most people in Florida think much of the Republican’s in the poll released today, especially Cruz. There’s a 26 point difference between Cruz and Ms. Clinton. Most Floridians know this teabagger Ted Cruz sucks.

    26 points

Couple things about the set of polls below (NC, Ohio, New Hampshire). Christie seems to be polling alright even though the beached whale doesn’t have a chance and Cruz has the worst number.

There’s also a short article below to make all the rethugs/teabaggers feel good for the coming weekend. 45 states

    Clinton can win 45 states

The GOP’s Benghazi disease has metastasized into yet another committee in the Republican House of Inquisitions, seeking to waste taxpayer money in yet another failed effort to exploit the death of Americans and prosecute yet another witch hunt against Hillary Clinton.

Clinton has answered. In her most important and profound speech since leaving the State Department, Clinton touted the benefits of ObamaCare and warned about the culture of gun violence that has killed far too many of America’s children. Speaking to the National Council for Behavioral Health, she called for redoubled efforts to redress economic inequality and a return to a society in which Americans care about one another, in an economy with rising tides that lift all boats.

The battle is joined. The GOP addresses its partisan and extreme right-wing base with a venom toward others that mocks the legacies of Abe Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan. Clinton addresses the nation as a whole in tones reminiscent of Pope Francis, calling for a nation where no girls or boys have shorter life expectancies than their moms or dads. She champions an economy where aspirations grow higher while the number of jobless falls lower. She stands for politics where data and facts replace delusion and deceit. She proposes a discourse where mutual respect replaces the negativity and hatred that are trademarks of the modern Republican Party.

While the GOP looks downward and backward in its negative politics of derision, aiming its appeal to an extremist faction, Clinton reaches outward and forward in her positive politics of opportunity, aiming her appeal to the nation at large. If she runs in 2016, she could well carry 45 states and sweep into office many Democrats running for the House, Senate and governorships.

Ignore the vast wasteland of political “reporting” about a potential Clinton candidacy, such as the idiot punditry about Monica Lewinsky and the irrelevant bromides about who is allegedly up or down on Planet Hillary. Consider carefully, instead, what Clinton is saying this week.

Benghazi? We do not have enough fingers on our hand to count the House Republican committees that have investigated Benghazi.

But even after all of these sham public relations operations — sandwiched between long House Republican recesses and vacations — potential 2016 GOP candidates cannot see the color of Clinton’s pantsuit because she is running so far ahead of them.

ObamaCare? Clinton understands that by November 2016 there will be 12 million people, or perhaps 15 million or more, signed up along with children covered under a parent’s policy.

The Republican nightmare is Clinton in 2016 accusing the party that wants to cut Social Security and Medicare of trying to force 12-15 million consumers to give up healthcare plans they purchased, trying to strip people with preexisting conditions of the insurance ObamaCare provided, and telling millions of parents that their kids lose the insurance that ObamaCare gave them.

Medicaid? Let right-wing Republicans tell voters why they hurt their state budgets and poor folks by refusing to accept federal Medicaid money.

War against women? Let Republicans tell voters why Clinton is wrong about pay equity, better child care, paid parental leave and more help for poor women who deserve better than hungry children and premature death.

Jobs? Minimum wage? Income inequality? The GOP is busy creating jobs for GOP hacks working for partisan committees investigating Benghazi ad nauseam and for GOP flacks writing press releases advocating the repeal ObamaCare health plans consumers want. Meanwhile, Clinton is envisioning an America where parents don’t have to worry about their children being gunned down in school, workers don’t have to worry about being left behind in an economy without jobs, politics is not poisoned by hatred, and our social fabric is not torn apart by economic inequality and social injustice.

This week, Americans heard Republicans talk about Benghazi while Clinton talked about them. Upon such things historic landslides and realignments are born. Republicans, consider yourselves warned.

normally it would be crazy to make predictions about an election that is more than two months off, but hillary clinton is no ordinary candidate and the republicans have no one of substance on their bench....so.....

    if she runs, she wins.

2016 is going to be all about the demographics (particularly female voters) in the swing states, and it is all pointing heavily towards clinton.

and the GOP knows it...which is why rove came out last week with the lie about her health. make no mistake, this was essentially a threat---the GOP wants clinton to know that they're going to go as ugly as possible and they're trying to make her have second thoughts about entering the race.

the only problem with their plan is that clinton has never given any indication that she's the type of person to back down from any challenge or fight.

It’ll be nice to see Wasserman Schultz ride the coattails of Hillary and take the senate seat from Rubio.

It’s the first Friday in June (2014) and these two polls should get the rethugs/teabaggers thinking about their options.

    They don’t have any.

Look at that goofball Cruz,....19 points behind the next president of the United States, Mrs. Clinton.

This past week’s polls are all out and again,…….it’s all Mrs. Clinton. However Rubio and Bush are polling well in Florida but if any of you rethugs/teabaggers think either of those two have any chance in a general election just think what the south feels about amnesty.

So much for the Republican outreach program and all those votes that would have gone along with it. Might as well hang it up teabaggers, you’ll never get into the White House.

I missed one poll from last week.

    In other news,….

Hillary Clinton Gets Surprised By Justice Sonia Sotomayor at Costco

ARLINGTON, Va. — Book signing in aisle 30.

Among pallets of paper towels and bottled water, Hillary Clinton spent more than three hours Saturday morning autographing copies of her new memoir, “Hard Choices,” at a Costco in Northern Virginia.

And, as it turns out, you really never know who will show up.

“I don’t believe this,” Clinton said as she embraced Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor across the table.

Justice Sotomayor said she happened to be “just shopping” at the bulk discount depot when she spied the former secretary of state sitting down. She told Clinton she plans to read her book.

“You better, I love yours,” Clinton responded.

the right is going hard after mrs. clinton in attempts to dissuade her running, and it's only a matter of time before they overstep what most people will consider acceptable.

rove has walked up to the line a few times in the last few months, but his minions aren't quite so savvy.

my guess is that it will be preibus who says something he regrets.

yes, most americans would consider that to be 'over the line' and the net result would be more women showing up at the polls on election day to vote for her.

She did a great job on her Fox interview with Bret Baier and Greta Van Susteren. The regular pundits on Fox were left tongue tied trying to come up with things to attack her about. Many of the nutjob viewers, like Pseudo, were disappointed because the interviewers didn't throw acid in her face.

I don't regularly but I'm in the hospital and it's one of the only English language channels other than SyFy, it's closest relative.

Another President Hillary Clinton update that should brighten up your loser Rethugs/teabaggers weekend.

There was only a few polls that were released last week and again,.it’s all Clinton.

Seems that fat fck Christie has found himself in a little more trouble.

In bond documents describing the Skyway reconstruction and other repairs, the Port Authority has called the projects “Lincoln Tunnel Access Infrastructure Improvements.”

The accuracy of this characterization is now a major focus of the investigations, according to several people briefed on the matter. Under a New York State law known as the Martin Act, prosecutors can bring felony charges for intentionally deceiving bond holders, without having to prove any intent to defraud or even establish that any fraud occurred.

Shame, shame, shame. Not a good idea trying to deceive investors who buy bonds trying to help municipalities. And some think this fat thug is presidential material?

In other news Mrs. Clinton meets the squirrel that’s been following her around and gives him an autographed copy of her new book. Might be a good idea for the girlfriend to purchase another book. Maybe she could get it autographed.

    S_Landreth and other,

As I assume you'll agree, a Cruz or Rand Paul ticket would be a farce.

Hopefully the Repubs will have a moderate that wins the nomination. I think that only a moderate could be nominated.

I doubt the GOP will present a decent candidate - but I feel the same way about the Dems, whether Hillary is nominated or not.

    They all suck.
