Anyway, despite my special dog whistle, Tem didn't turn up for tea last night and I must admit it played on my mind when I went to bed last night.

At 06:30hrs this morning we took his tea up the road on the way to school. One whistle and he was there!



And the reason for his absence last night soon became apparent... the dirty bugger.



Tem had built up an appetite.



I'm no gooseberry so I left the new couple to breakfast alone.

Yes, 'Dam' (a pretty safe guess of her name, I reckon) appears to have recently had puppies and she does have slightly saggy 'titties', although I hate this anthropomorphisation of a dog's mammary glands. I am sure they will tighten up in due course.

Anyway, a few more 'awww' moments...





Maybe not an 'awww' for Yogi. He is just a difficult dog.



Maya and Lola were the worst of enemies for a couple of months but their differences seem to have been resolved.

Maya is undoubtedly the boss, and maybe Lola has finally accepted that?



Now they are the best of friends again, although the rough play makes me nervous at times.



Lola loves to pull Maya by her ears and I can't believe that she puts up with it. A month ago a wrong 'look' would have provoked a vicious fight between the two, now anything goes.



And this goes on all day long.



Long may it last.



Maya must have the patience of a saint... and very sore ears.



But so long as they've stopped fighting... carry on!

Tem shared his tea with his two girlfriends last night... well, he allowed them his leftovers while he showed his appreciation for my food.
