^Awesome. I also run on a treadmill, but hope to get outside soon enough. I am going to start adding interval training to my running, because I hear it is the best way to jump start your metabolism and burn the most calories. It is a high intensity exercise, so I'd be wary of doing it everyday. Burn out and overuse injuries are rampant when it comes to running.
