Got a calf strain, so jogging is out.
Opted for a 5.5km walk to an oil massage place I like, nice one hour warm oil massage, then 5.5km walk back.
Was quite a nice way to do one's 11km stroll. :)
Now that's a fine idea. Looking for soapies on Google Maps:)
I did actually skip back.
Walked 7kms to Pattaya. Fuck that for a laugh, all the pavements taken up by food stalls or lean tos. Motorbikes undertaking cars. Frig doing that in reverse in the dark, getting a mocy taxi back.
Went really quick too and nice to see where everything is, which you miss on a bike.
Might head down to that telephone bar first:)

Oddly enough I felt my calf was still a bit strained, so better hold off on the 5km jogging around the lake.

Nice way to do yer 11km before lunch and have all yer aches and niggles warm-oiled away at the half-way point.

Today did a 35 kms bike ride. My garmin does a good job of tracking my mileage, speed, and heart rate.
Or Civilisation as its otherwise known:)
I got a lift to the beach for a full english breakfast. Then i went shopping and bought two new pillows and a shoe rack.
The shoe rack is for my pots and pans, because my bijou apartment lacks storage space.
Oh, nearly forgot, a new pedal bin, and a slab of beer. :)

I prefer something like endomondo that gives me stats speed, pace etc.

Loads of stats on there, only care about average pace really which is normally 5.5kmh

Got on the scales just at 87.5kg. Got my phone to take a pic and went up to 87.7kg.
Happy with that though after the weekend's over indulgence. Might even have a packet of wotsits to celebrate:)
