Up at 4AM. Walked to bathroom. Had a piss standing up. Took a bit out of me so walk to coffee maker slower than normal.
Opened up house. 2 sliders and 6 windows. Walk back to coffee maker. Poured big mug and walked back to bed to warch morning news and check TD.
Pushed a bit today. Walked outside and back flushed water filter.
Going to sleep well tonight. :)
Gone a bit back to basics on the weights lately. Full-body, low reps-high weight; all compound exercises. Squat, Chest & Shoulder press, Deadlift, Barbell rows, etc.
Hard work, and not a lot of time for legs especially to recover. But, results are pretty good, even for an old fart like me.:bananaman:
