I walked after work for 40 minutes. I was considering jogging, but first off it is pretty brisk to be jogging outside right now, and secondly I didn't have a supportive bra on.
I am going to start jogging outside soon. Start with intervals of walk/jog and build up to continuous jogging. I do a lot of cardio, so I shouldn't have a problem jogging, but know it is hard on the body.
Any tips from joggers/runners on TD? like Vocalneal who runs? Ta

Been trying to get a 10k and 5k in each week an a couple of days doing weights. More energetic, but the most notable change is I feel mentally a lot better for it.
Took a day off gym today and slept in.
I feel fantastic.
A 2000 cal burn at fight training. Then was gonna head over to where Petr Yan trains and give him a piece of my mind for slipping down the UFC rankings!! But went for lunch instead.
