I have made some fairly impressive flash fires with powdered sugar or flour or corn starch when doing labs for my M2 & 3 science classes. You have to get the conditions just right though, so the odds of that burning her face are fairly low.
Of course fairly low means I wouldn't do it!

I have no knowledge, but I do recall that after Lada were first introduced to NZ, there were lots of complaints and they got a bad reputation. Leading to the story of a guy went into an auto parts store and asked for a hub nut for his Lada. Storeman thinks about it and replies, "Yeah OK, sounds like a fair swap".
