One of the chimpanzees that sparked a major police operation after escaping from Twycross Zoo on Thursday morning. Families were turned away from the gates after the chimps attempted their daring break-out at 9.35am - just 25 minutes before the zoo opened. It took staff two hours to calm the cheeky primates down before coaxing them back with icecreams and fizzy drinks into their enclosure. It is not the first time chimpanzees have gone ape at the zoo. In August 2011, 23-year-old female chimp Josie caused mayhem when she went on a 40-minute rampage.
