Fvcking know it all cvnts advising pensioners to close all windows , curtains and stay inside.

I've just visited my mums house to find it all closed up and about 50oC inside.
Her face was red and her hair stuck to her head.

Theres a nice breeze today so I opened all the windows, doors,curtains and blinds.

Within 10 minutes the temperature had dropped right back down and her face noticable less red.

Recently a rental finished on a house we have and I have been making repairs to the house being normal wear and tear which happens.

What I was shocked with is the interior, particularly underneath the furniture, is putrid and the tenants obviously never cleaned these areas over the course of the 8 years they rented the house.

Plus their cats ruined the lounge and their security deposit will not be enough to replace this furniture nor other damage.

Thankfully they accepted the loss of their deposit and sent us a message thanking us for our support over the rental period.

Still a win. Having a renter for almost a decade

A moan of epic proportions today.

Planning enforcement officers have been informed that my mancave is being used for late night parties and debauchery!
Teenagers drinking, vomiting and chanting football songs on several occasions.
They are investigating the size of my shed and have taken pictures and I've been told to be mindful of my neighbours.

FFS, one incident 2 weeks ago when my eldest and his mates were celebrating finishing their A level mock exams and hell is reigning down on me from my Welsh Karen neighbour.
I decided to bite the bullet and give her a sorry card and some chocolates to smooth the situation over.
She fooked off back to Wales and the chocolates have been melting on her door step all day.
She should have answered her video door bell, now she'll have a pile of mush to clean up off her doorstep on her return.

The email complaint she sent off was grossly exaggerated and bang out of order.
She is truly demented.
The head teachers on the other side had a full on rave and Karaoke night till 3am when school finished for the Summer holidays, no complaints about that!

I was told I needed planning permission for my shed which is a knee jerk reaction to her venomous email.
My Mancave is completely within the realms of the law and I look forward to the fight.
