Thai House Plans - 3 bed, 3 bath + Maids

Now this is a bit more upmarket, nice 2 story modern day with a hint of Thai style, 10 years ago this would have cost 2,100,000baht to build, nowadays maybe 2.4 million baht, but remember, this has been designed by Thais for Thais, ie 1 light per room, maybe 2 electrical outlets per room, etc etc, so reckon on spending a bit more to get it farang suitable.

It's 2 stories high, ground floor for parking with a couple of rooms for slaves and maids, 2nd floor has 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms, this floor plan is for the second floor, I have cropped it down just for the forum, obviously if you download the architects plans they are full sized with all the specs.

Not a bad looking house, nice big sunbathing area upstairs.

You can download the full architects plans here Modern Thai style 2 story house.zip

    That's quite nice that is.
Though, I'd like a bit more done with the downstairs, and a completely seperate area for parking cause the missus can hit anything when she's parking up...

If that was designed by an architect, he should be shot. Absolutely no consideration of that fact that it rains a fair bit in Thailand.
