I got the priviledge to sleep there just last night.

The pictures dont do justice to the place : it's real awesome ! Nice materials, good finishing, everything in harmony, cute place.

Too bad I left so early in the morning to get back to Bkk : didn't have time to take pics and enjoy a swim in the river. Hope I can stay there again, don't sell too quick, Nawts !

Now you know where it is, you are welcome to go again sometime.

If this plant puts Nitro back into the soil, I guess its a legume grass such as Lucerne and clover....what does it take out then and what should you be feeding it to replace whatever it takes ?

Mate don't let the kids or missus walk under that EVER.
Nawty: Just read your post today great stuff you are doing there, got to love the cabin up country the wood work is A1
    Looking at this pic!!!!
I agree Loy Toy, there was no need to notch the rafters at all.
All they needed to do was add a gusset plate and lay them on top of the cross beam no cutting done in half the time and way stronger.
The way that looks one good wind storm with the weight of tiles on it and instant "Sun Roof"

I would seriously get a "Qualified Engineer to look at that welding Mate!

Qualified engineer is overkill big big time in this country for a workshed.....just not gunna happen and seriously not worth it.

Anyway, we did bodgy it up a bit and the good news is that last year we had some of the biggest winds down there that they have ever had and she survived good and sound....so far.

Anybody has the name for this flowers? The Area in front the Airport in Saigon is covered with these flowers but nobody including the gardeners working on the plants did know the name ( they call them " Flowers"). It seems they donīt need too much water too.
