Interesting Fact - I have lived in Bangkok for over 3 years and have yet to visit one of these so called bars that you are talking about, hence I am absolutely useless to this thread. Sorry. Crap fact. Wrong thread. Ehh....hmmmm....dadedadedoooodah,,, errr, bye!!!

Anyway...Barbican is unchanged. But just what I was after this evening.

Happy hour till 7, in which you draw a card..full price, half price, or free. Got the first 5 pints for the cost of 2...although adding the next three pints and three glasses of red wine took the final bill to just over a grand...but still not bad for over 3 hours in a pleasant pub.

I may be stupid but boy did that beer go down well.

Even better as the eagles staged their biggest ever comeback to steal a 3 point win. They were down 54 points in the 3rd quarter.
