...I still laugh at the reaction of straight audiences in Oklahoma and points south when viewing this Adam Lambert presentation of Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire:

As for Stanly Jordan, yes he was touring the country at the time. Just did a few nights in the brew town.
Now Cheep Trick was out of I believe Chi-Town. I saw their debut on the lakefront. Nobody knew who they were. Opened with mommy's alright. They were snuck in after Gary Wright (dream weaver area) and before Peter Frampton did the whole Frampton comes alive dual LP. Talk about wow!

Nope, makes you of a time like me. I fukin hate most of the music this century - its largely fukin dull, IMHO.
EDIT
When i saw the Cult in Hammersmith London, there was a girl in a leopard skin cat suit dancing in front of me and me mate. We were pissed ++ and after 20 minutes i couldn't stop myself from goosing her up. My mate was dancing nearest her and she whirled around and properly clocked him one. He, being pissed spun round hit the floor, she was screaming at him then started dancing again - he just got up with a big grin on his face laughing - it took me 2 years to tell him :)
PS also at the time got me 150mph club tshirt in Germany on my kwaka ZX10 - sorry but the music brough it back - back then it was fukin fast
not my pic but looks the same, took it to the IOM 2 years running 89 & 90 and properly shit me sen up on ametuer days:)

Wouldn't say I am a massive BM fan but I really like this some. I think Neil Young knicked some riffs from this as well.
Lovedrive, the zoo used to be one of me favourites - the bass was great but pointless on a puter so won't bother with the upload.
