He'll do what he always does when he makes a complete tit of himself, he'll claim he was being "ironic". He genuinely has no idea of how he appears to other people. There is no doubt at all that he is the dumbest poster on this forum - he would be pitiful if he wasn't also so unlikeable.

He's being deliberately dumb, that doesn't count. Milky is really quite smart. Chico's dumbness is a gift from mother nature (and, one feels, the off-licence where his pregnant mother bought her gin and ciggies) and makes him very, very special.

Yes that was disgusting. The big trading firms are allowed to use sophisticated software to outwit Joe public on the trading floors but when a member of Joe public does the same and outwits their software it's deemed illegal.

No, it's not remotely similar to the Sarao case. What's in the OP is an out and out con designed to get stupid people to send $250 to the creators of the software. It has nothing at all to do with market trading.

Yes, we know the first was a con but the alleged (non-existent) software the con mentions has similarities. But don't get too worked up about it, B0b.

I don't see any mention of how the software is meant to work, in fact it specifically says
The actual algorithms must be hidden so no one can actually see how the software works
and I'd be interested to know how, given that it doesn't actually do any trading and that even the people who wrote it can't be bothered making up a plausible explanation of how it works, you and whatshisname see it as being similar to Sarao's technique.

The fact remains though that whether or not it sounds similar to what Sarao did this "software" does not do anything other than transfer peoples money into the bank account of its programmer.

The principle is the same, which is trading software designed to help the man on the street beat the big boys. It wouldn't surprise me if whoever invented this scam was inspired by Sarao in that he saw people would want his success and so gullibly hand over $250 to get it

Saraos technique was definitely not for the man on the street, do you actually know anything about how he did it? He didn't "create" software, he devised an algorithm which he then used with established trading software.

As for this "software", do you know what flim-flam is? Just because software is involved doesn't make this any different to any other con-job ever. It was inspired by the ancient knowledge that there are always plenty of greedy and stupid people willing to hand their money over to any convincing smoothy who promises to make them rich for no effort.

After death tax, other taxes and the charitable bodies themselves have creamed off 80% of the residue in 'administration' costs, leaving maybe 15% of that fortune for the poor.

    The rich feed the rich.

^His designated 'charity' upon his death, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Read between the lines on the efforts of that foundation...
